Carl Gabriel III

Carl Gabriel III is a 30-year-old Muralist /Graffiti artists living in Brooklyn, New York. He earned his BFA and masters in Fine Art in 2012 from Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, NY. Carl’s exposure to the arts stemmed from growing up with an artistic uncle. 
With a unique eye for color, he develops personal paintings that speak about the beauty that exists in our societies & also creates privately commissioned, color-inspired, eclectic & upbeat mixed media works of art. His process involves reading about our culture in order to create an image on canvas, with the goal being to show our society what life is about from his viewpoint, leaving the final interpretation to the observer. Since 2013 to now, Carl has sold or donated 1000+ original pieces of art. His work has been displayed at Danny Simmon’s Rush Gallery & also lives in New York restaurants & public spaces in New Jersey, Miami, and Denmark. The intention for every finished work is to breathe life into culture so that it’s designs, ideas, innovations, stories and lifestyle are displayed on a canvas or mural. His artwork speaks to and calls people of all generations not to be silent about how we feel.
