Casey Bolding

Born out of the suburban bliss of middle America, Casey Bolding escapes into reality with his paintings. Growing up near railroads and being inspired by the hobo monikers and odd civilian graffiti he began to use spray paint as the medium to express the peculiarities of getting older. Now, living in New York, he continues to do so with a maturing range of styles pulling from all facets of art, combining unorthodox approaches to orthodox formats creating something bold and immediate. The work appears shocking and almost abnormal in its setting reflecting the state of human kinds impact on the planet in which conditions for its inhabitants become increasingly critical in the search for a place to call home.
