Outdoor Murals for Insight Global
Insight Global, a national leader in the staffing services industry, and their creative partners Drew & Sarah came to MAC to help them announce Insight Global’s new brand identity through a series of outdoor murals. D&S developed the content and asked us to provide locations in multiple cities to paint the advertisements. Ultimately we would do three installs together, and each design was different aesthetically. We designed each mural specific to the state or city the wall is in. The location details and/or context surrounding each wall was important for IG during the selection process.
Working in concert with the content, their team wanted the adjacent scene to be iconic in some way to the town, ie the boardwalk in Venice, CA (another hand painted wall-scape we worked on together), or Wrigley field in Chicago for this one. Through the pairing of content and location, these murals served their traditional purpose of out door advertising during their run, and also as city specific local backdrops for various interviews and video captures to be used in other aspects of the national rebrand campaign.
